We had a great experience at Raniban Arcade. The room wassuper clean and cozy, and we enjoyed the fine view of the lake from our balcony. The service was superb, with prompt airport pickup and responsive staff. The breakfast was delicious and the live music in the restaurant added to the enjoyable dining experience. we highly recommend this hotel.

What a good stay! Staff were like family, perfect location with a fine view of the lake and Himalayan peaks. Spacious rooms with great city views. Excellent dining options nearby. Highly recommend!

Spent an amazing Christmas vacation here! the rooms were spotless and had a beautiful view of the surroundings. the staff is highly responsive and friendly, always ready to provide information about the attractions nearby. the breakfast is delicious and offers a variety of items to choose from. We especially enjoyed the free wifi that was available throughout the entire hotel. the location is perfect, as it is close to many shops and restaurants. We spent most of our time exploring the area and indulging in the food.
Only one minor issue- the laundry service was a bit slow, and we had to remind them several times to collect our clothes. Other than that, everything was perfect.

My recent stay in a hotel in Pokhara was a great experience. the location was ideal with easy access to lake, shops, and restaurants. the room was clean, comfortable and came with a beautiful view of the lake and mountain peaks. the service was excellent, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure my comfort. the breakfast was delicious, and the live music at the restaurant made dining an enjoyable experience.
The bathtub could have been cleaner.

We had an amazing stay with fine lake and mountain views. The location was perfect, with shops and boat rental just minutes away. The breakfast was delicious and diverse, with different dishes to choose from. The staff were friendly, taking care of our every need. an excellent experience that we highly recommend.

The view from my room was breathtaking, I could see the lake and the mountains. The spacious room was a plus and the staff did their best to keep me comfortable. The breakfast buffet had a great variety of delicious food to choose from. The hotel is located near great restaurants and shops, making it easy to explore the city.
The staff could be more friendly and welcoming, they seemed disinterested at times. The hotel could benefit from better training for the personnel.
